Join Raleigh Area Concerts of Prayer on Thursday, May 4th, at 12 pm for an outdoor service celebrating the National Day of Prayer! It will take place at the Bicentennial Plaza, adjacent to the NC Museum of History at W. Jones Street in downtown Raleigh.
The National Day of Prayer is observed every year on the first Thursday of May, designated by the the United States Congress, when people are asked “to turn to God in prayer and meditation.” The president is required by law to sign a proclamation each year, encouraging all Americans to pray on this day.
