A college bus tour by FRC Action and Students for Life of America will hit the UNC-Chapel Hill campus Tuesday, October 6 to provide pro-life students the opportunity to stand against taxpayer funding of the nation’s largest abortion provider, Planned Parenthood. The event will take place at 12:30 p.m. in front of the UNC Bell Tower and will last less than an hour. Please encourage students you know to attend, or attend yourself. Click here for information on visitor parking on UNC’s campus.
NC Family President John Rustin will take part in the Planned Parenthood Project tour, which is designed to educate college students about the inner workings of Planned Parenthood. A survey found that 59 percent of 18 to 24-year-olds did not even know that Planned Parenthood performs abortions. College students appear to be a prime target for Planned Parenthood, as 79% of their facilities are located within five miles of a college campus.
In addition to UNC-Chapel Hill, the bright pink bus will also visit Clemson University, University of Virginia, University of Pittsburgh, and Ohio State University over the next week.
If you attend this event, please send your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll put them on our Facebook page!
