Special Seminar Dr. Wayne Grudem Speaks to Pastors
The North Carolina Family Policy Council is pleased to present a seminar for pastors only with noted author and seminary professor, Dr. Wayne Grudem. He is Research Professor of Theology and Biblical Studies at Phoenix Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona where he has taught since 2001. Prior to that, he taught at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School for 20 years.
He has served as the President of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, as President of the Evangelical Theological Society (1999), and as a member of the Translation Oversight Committee for the English Standard Version of the Bible. He also served as the General Editor for the ESV Study Bible (Crossway Bibles, 2008). He holds degrees from Harvard (BA), Westminister Seminary (MDiv), and Cambridge (PhD).
His most recent book, Politics According to the Bible, "is a comprehensive resource for understanding modern political issues in light of Scripture that all pastors will appreciate having as they address the issues of the day. Topics in the book include: protection of life, marriage, family and children, economic issues & taxation, the environment, national defense, relationships to other nations, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, quotas, special interests, self defense, gun control, media bias, and more."

The seminar is open to pastors only and will be presented in Raleigh on Thursday, February 16 and in Charlotte on Friday, February 17 from 9:15 to 11:45 AM.
